For all wedding dresses, we require you to make an appointment through our website. Please note, there is a $50 consulting fee for any appointments for alterations on special event dresses and suits.

For all projects, we require you to bring in the item so we can give you our best price.

We can take walk-ins for simple hemming and zipper projects, but require appointments for uniforms and all outfits for special events. This includes wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, prom dresses, and suits. Please note, there will be a $50 consultation fee.

A fee of $50 will be charged for all appointments for uniforms and special events. This includes wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, prom dresses, and suits. If you decide to use Sue's Alterations, the $50 will be applied as credit towards your total.

We do our best to match your deadline. For wedding dresses and suits, we ask for about 1–2 months before your wedding. For an accurate timeframe, please come in to our shop.

For outfits that need hemming, please bring the shoes you’ll be wearing.
